Terms of use
These terms apply to the BabyLifeLog apps and website, provided from Spain. Contact: support@babylifelog.com. By using BabyLifeLog you agree to them.
Not medical advice
BabyLifeLog is a journal and an educational tool. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor your baby, and it is not a medical device. Guidance comes from published public-health sources and may not fit your baby. Always follow your midwife, health visitor, GP or paediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account and family
You must be 18 or over. You're responsible for who you invite to your family; members you invite can see and add entries for every baby in that family. You can remove members at any time. Keep your device and sign-in email secure.
Subscriptions
Logging, sharing, Ask and planning require an active family subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play by the family owner. One subscription covers every baby and every invited member of that family. Members who join someone else's family never pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If a free trial is offered, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel before. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
If the subscription ends, the family's journal stays readable and exportable; new entries need an active subscription.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other families' data, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your journal is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep BabyLifeLog available and your data safe, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; we'll tell you about significant changes to these terms in advance.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for consumers. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from the guidance or AI answers.
Law
Spanish law applies. Consumers keep the mandatory protections and courts of their country of residence.
Apple
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.
